Party Planner/Room Parent Teams
Room Parents and Volunteers play a huge part in making school a fun place for kids—and they give teachers much needed help and encouragement throughout the year. These are very important roles in our school. Please review the job qualifications below, then sign up— and make a difference this year!

Responsibilities
Room Parent
Room Parents work with the PTA Room Parent coordinator to plan and lead three classroom parties: Winter, Valentine’s Day and End of Year. They also assist with Teacher Appreciation Week activities.
Responsibilities
- Attend party planning meetings.
- Work with other parents to organize and plan three classroom parties (Winter, Valentine’s Day and End of Year).
- Room Parents need to purchase a PTA membership for the current year (Join PTA) and pass a background check (Request a Background Check )
Classroom Volunteer
No one can support a classroom alone! As a Room Volunteer you would assist the Room Parent:

- with Classroom parties
- with Teacher Appreciation breakfasts, lunches, etc.
- with Special projects
